Instructions

  1. Run STRUCTURE and look at your 'Results' folder.

  2. ZIP all of the results files in your folder into one zip archive. If you are using Winzip, choose "legacy compression" to ensure the Harvester can expand your archive.

    Here is an example infile.zip for you to evaluate.

  3. Click on the "Choose File" button to the left (it may be labeled "Browse" by some browers,) and select your archive.

  4. Click "Harvest!"

  5. Enjoy!

There have been reports that uploading doesn't always work in Internet Explorer. We test the Harvester against FireFox, Chrome and Safari only.
